Delivery is made only on the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia.
The delivery time is: in Skopje 2-3 working days, in other cities 3-5 working days. During sales and discounts, delivery may take longer than usual.
Before delivering the package, the courier from Total Post Logistics will contact you on the phone number written in the order. The buyer is obliged to write in the order a contact telephone number at which he/she will be available until he/she receives the shipment. The courier delivers the package to the specified address of the buyer in the period from 09:00 to 16:00. Please, at the time of delivery, provide a person who will be present to pick up the order at the address you have attached. If the courier fails to find you at the address, then they will contact you again by phone at the number you left when creating the order and you will be able to agree on a new delivery date. If even during the second attempt the courier fails to find you, then the parcel will be returned to us.
IMPORTANT: 3D HUB reserves the right not to send shipments to buyers who did not comply with the terms of use of the website, the delivery terms of the online store and/or did not collect and pick up the shipments that they previously ordered through the online store.
Delivery of products is at the buyer’s expense. The shipping price is calculated at the time of ordering.
